Shipping Information

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.

Most items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled.

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discount.

Return Policy

We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and send it back to P.O Box 70 Cumming, GA 30028. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution. 

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

Wrong and Defective item received

We are so sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or defective item in your order. Please reach out to us at info@deonaderm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect product and our Experience team will be happy to resolve this for you.

Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 3 business days before reaching out or filing a claim.

We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you. 

Shelf Life

All products have a shelf life of 18 months unopened, and 6 months after opening. 

All Formulations are FREE of:

Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, and Gluten. They are vegan-friendly. We never test on animals. Made in the USA.
